Using Your Meals

Use your meals and snacks in any order throughout your package stay until your total is depleted. For example, on the day of arrival, a party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9 could use a total of 4 Quick Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9). On Day 2, the party could use a total of 4 Table Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9), 4 Quick Service meals (2 for Guests ages 10+ and 2 for Guests ages 3-9) and 2 Snacks (2 for Guests ages 3-9).

All unused meals and snacks expire at midnight on your package reservation check-out date.

TIP: You can continue using meals/snacks in any order for the rest of your package stay until each person has depleted his/her allotted meals/snacks. As an example, if you use all your snacks on the first day, that will leave zero snacks for the remainder of your stay.

Finding Disney Dining Plan Locations

Your Disney Dining Plan is available at over 100 selected Quick Service and Table Service restaurants, including our legendary Disney Character Dining.

TIP: Due to the popularity of our Table Service restaurants, dining availability may be limited or not available without advance reservations.
Please call 407-WDW-DINE to make reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit.

You can also find selected Snack locations throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort.

TIP: Most Quick Service locations, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen ice-cream novelties, popcorn, or Coca-Cola® products accept your Disney Dining Plan.

Redeeming Your Meals

The Disney Dining Plan must be redeemed at the time a meal or snack is purchased.

TIP: To save time at checkout, present your Key to the World card to your server or cashier prior to ordering and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 3-9 on your Disney Dining Plan.

Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or snacks to your Disney Dining Plan. You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan.

TIP: When dining with another party who is also using their Disney Dining Plan, please notify the server which meals belong on which plan.

Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or snacks to your Disney Dining Plan. You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan.

Gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An automatic 18% gratuity charge will be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more. An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alcoholic beverages).

The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu which will then be added to your bill. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.

Tracking Your Meals

Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package reservation.
For example, if your party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9 started with a total of 20 Quick Service meals (10 for Guests ages 10+ and 10 for Guests ages 3-9) and everyone in your party used 1 Quick Service meal, your paid receipt from the cashier would indicate a balance of 16 Quick Service meals (8 for Guests ages 10+ and 8 for Guests ages 3-9) for the remainder of your package stay.

TIP: Each time you redeem meals or snacks from your Disney Dining Plan, our server or cashier will provide you with a receipt showing your remaining balance for that portion of your Disney Dining Plan. You can also contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance.
