1. Hotel Accommodation:
will be provided at confirmed Hotel and/or Similar (category and price). Packages are based on a limited quantity of places for each date, in case of unexpected sold out at confirmed hotels an alternative one will be provided. Check in time 3pm on arrival date (no exceptions)- Check out time 12.00noon on departure date (no exceptions), Majestic Intl. Group Inc. will not be responsible for any charges raised from non fulfillment of above mentioned Hours. Any surcharge in concept of resort fee must be payable by passenger directly to the hotel, it’s Majestic International Group policy not to inform this kind of charges prior, since this is a charge payable by passenger directly. See “Special Notes” on each hotel.


2. Transfers IN & OUT:
on each City will be provided on: Auto-Car/Van/Private Car/Taxi/Shuttle, as indicated in the confirmation sheet. In all those services where there is not quantity specification of passengers, minimum required is 2(two) passengers traveling together. Tours are provided with Multilingual Tour Guide. In all land-services baggage handling is related to a one standard size luggage (as per Air Co. regulations). Any extra piece as any oversized cargo must be pre-paid by passenger directly to the Tour Guide/Air Co. or Service Provider, accordingly rates in force. In case of our Transportation Unit is full, the exceeding cargo should be transported under passenger's responsibility and charge.


3. Our Packages does not include:
Airport taxes / Passport and Visa charges or handling / Baggage Excess / Hotel Incidentals and Any extra charge Non Specified on this Tariff Book or Not Listed above.


4. Tours Miami, Orlando & Disney by Majestic:
Al rates quoted are per person, taxes included, commissionable and subject to change without previous notice. The no utilization of any portion or services of the packages are Non Refundable, packages must be taken by schedule, no alterations are allowed, passenger can only add services prior advice. Confirmed packages must be cancelled 7 days prior passenger arrival, less than 7 days cancellation charges will apply: 1st. night plus charges for admissions in advance purchase and handling charges. In those cases where Disney’s Dream Maker Package - ULTIMATE PARK HOPPER Ticket - is issued and cancellation request is received with in 7 days of passenger arrival the above mentioned Pass is Not Refundable. Only Transfers Airport/Hotel/Airport is allowed to be change for Bus Terminal/Hotel/Bus Terminal. In all those packages where discount coupons are included, Majestic Intl. Group Inc. has the right to cancel without previous notification. All promotional material and/or Bonuses included in Disney by Majestic packages can be replaced and/or cancel without previous notice by Majestic International Group Inc.


5. Tours & Mini-Tours:
Reservations for Tours & Mini Tours can be made by fax/e-mail. To better the service you and your clients, please provide all passengers’ names along with their complete flight details at time of initial reservation request. Tour prices are per person in the room size indicated, and in U.S. Dollars. Children sharing a room with at least two adults using the existing bedding will be charged the child rate listed for each tour. Children’s ages should be clearly stated when bookings are made (under 16yrs). While there is no minimum age, we do recommend children be at least 6 years old to participate in any of our tours. Tour prices include porterage for one bag per person. Charges for extra bags will have to be collected at tour departure. Tour prices do not include driver or guide’s gratuities which are at passenger’s discretion.Twin and Triple rooms generally contain two beds. Rooms with one bed may be available for two guests upon request. Rollaway beds are generally available on request for a small additional charge. This is payable by the client directly to the hotel. You can book additional nights before and/or after the tour at the hotel from which our tours depart and end.The departure and return points are listed for each tour. Please be sure to include this important information in your client’s documentation. At commencement of the tour, all passengers will receive a documentation kit, including a map and comment form. Meals are not included in any of our tours unless specifically stated in the tour description and in the list of tour inclusions. Additional excursions are offered to enhance the tour. A list of authorized optional excursions is listed for each tour. Only those optional listed are authorized by Majestic Intl Group, Inc. Majestic Intl Group, Inc. operates tours in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Please note that the listed departure dates in this tariff do not represent the departures for any one language has departures for any one language. Each language has a separate departure date listing. If the list of tour departure dates offered in your language is not included with this Tariff, please contact Majestic Intl Group, Inc. Non payment may result in cancellation of services with no possibility of refund. Payments will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars by draft/check payable on a U.S bank, or by transfer to our account. See our website (www.majesticusa.com) for bank information. There will be an administrative fee of USD100.- per booking for changes 10 or fewer business days before the tour date. Cancellations 7-14 business days before the tour date will be subject to a fee of USD200.- per person plus any charges not recovered from suppliers. Cancellations 7 or fewer business days before the tour date, or any no shows, will be subject to a fee of USD300.- per person plus any charges not recovered from suppliers. No refund will be given for any unused portions of a tour, Pre/Post nights or any other services booked with it. Tours which include air tickets must be cancelled at least 45 days before departure, otherwise the full airfare will be charged. Majestic Intl Group, Inc. reserves de the right to substitute hotels of equal or better standard for those mentioned in the tour itineraries and to alter sightseeing schedules and/or types of transportation whenever and wherever we deem it operationally necessary. The suppliers of transportation, sightseeing arrangements, tour escorts and hotel accommodations for the tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Majestic Intl. Group, Inc. By reserving any of our tours, you agree that Majestic Intl. Group, Inc. nor any of affiliated or subsidiary companies shall be liable for any accidents, loss, injury or damage to you or your customers in connection with any accommodations, transportation and other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or changes in the itineraries, schedules etc. Baggage is handled at passenger’s risk throughout the tour. We strongly recommend that appropriate insurance be obtained prior to arrival. Travel documents, including visas, as well as compliance with custom regulations, are the responsibility of the passengers. Majestic Intl Group, Inc. will not be responsible for costs incurred by passengers not having proper passports or visas.

6. Disney Cruise Line –
Terms & Conditions:
Ticket/Cruise Contract: Your ticket is the Cruise Contract which is enclosed in every document package. You will receive this package within 28 days of sailing. Carefully read your Cruise Contract, as it contains important terms and conditions which govern your cruise vacation. It must be signed by all Guests upon check-in at a Walt Disney World® hotel or prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line® Terminal. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions contained in the Cruise Contract, these Terms and Conditions, the terms of any Disney Cruise Line advertisement or offer, and the oral or written representations of any Disney Cruise Line representative, the terms and conditions contained in the Cruise Contract shall control.
Minors: Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over the minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Disney Cruise Line vacation. An appointment form is enclosed in every document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line Terminal. After 9:00 p.m. Beat Street and Route 66 are restricted to Guests 18 years and older.
Baggage, Valuables and Other Possessions: Each Guest may bring aboard the ship a reasonable amount of clothing and personal effects without charge, not to exceed two bags per person. All Guest baggage must be stored in the Guest's stateroom and must be labeled with the Disney Cruise Line baggage tag. Dangerous or illegal articles such as weapons, explosives, oxygen, combustible substances or nonprescription controlled substances may not be brought to the Walt Disney World Resort or taken aboard the ship. Any such items shall be surrendered to the Master of the vessel at embarkation, and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of the Master. You should retain valuables such as cash, negotiable securities or other financial instruments, gold, silverware, jewelry, ornaments, works of art, photographic/video/audio equipment or supplies, laptop computers, cellular phones or other valuables in your personal control as Disney Cruise Line is not responsible for damage to or loss of these items.
Deposit/Payment Information: A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposit amount will be determined at time of booking. Vacation and cruise packages are subject to cancellation if full deposit is not received in our office within the option period specified at time of booking. Final payment in the form of a check or credit card (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Card, Diners Club®, Japanese Credit Bureau or Disney's Visa® Credit Card) must be received on the date determined at the time of booking. Payment policy for group travel may vary. Please contact your Travel Agent for complete details.
Cancellations/Refunds: Cancellations must be made by telephone or in writing. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of Guest names will be considered cancellations. If the cancellation request is received 90 days or more days prior to vacation commencement date for Category 1 through 3 or 75 days or more prior to vacation commencement date for Category 4 through 12, 100% of the amount of the vacation price paid will be refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 90 days prior to the vacation commencement date for Category 1 through 3 or less than 75 days prior to the vacation commencement date for Category 4 through 12 will be assessed cancellation fees as follows, regardless of resale of stateroom or hotel room.

: No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after vacation commencement date. All appropriate refunds will be made directly to the Guest’s credit card account or through the Guest’s Travel Agent if the reservation is made through a Travel Agent. Disney Cruise Vacations is not responsible for the receipt of refund monies by Guests from their Travel Agents. All travel documents including airline tickets must be returned before refund processing can begin. Certain Travel Agents may withhold an agency cancellation fee. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to restrict any changes to a reservation. All changes are subject to availability. Please note that changes made to overall party size may result in a change to the rate. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Vacation Protection Plan. Insurance is not in effect until final vacation payment is made. Premiums for the Vacation Protection Plan must be paid by the final payment due date.
Service Fees: Any changes or cancellations to your cruise vacation or Disney Cruise Line air arrangements may be subject to additional fees including, but not limited to, service fees for documents. Please consult your Travel Agent or Disney Cruise Vacations for further details.
Claims/Notice Requirements/Time Limits: No claim for delay, detention, personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death of a Guest, or for loss of or damage to any property of a Guest, may be brought against Disney Cruise Line unless written notice of such claim is provided to Disney Cruise Line within six (6) months after the date of the event upon which such claim is based (within 30 days after the termination of the cruise for a claim of property loss or damage); and no legal action may be brought against Disney Cruise Line for delay, detention, personal injury, illness, emotional distress or death of a Guest, or for loss of or damage to any property of a Guest, unless such legal action shall be commenced within one (1) year after the date of the event upon which such claim is based (within one (1) year after the termination of the cruise for a claim for property loss or damage), and legal process relating to such action is served on Disney Cruise Line within 120 days after filing, notwithstanding any provision of law of any state, territory, possession or country to the contrary. All legal actions arising out of or relating to a Disney Cruise Line vacation shall be brought, if at all, and maintained exclusively in and before any court of competent jurisdiction located in Brevard County, Florida, to the exclusion of courts located in any other county, state, country, territory or possession whatsoever. The only exception to this choice of forum is when and if Disney Cruise Line asserts a petition for exoneration from or limitation of liability. Disney Cruise Line liability for loss of or damage to property of any Guest is limited to the amount of $300 per Guest per voyage, unless upon embarkation a Guest declares the true value of the property in writing and pays 5% of the true value declared in excess of $300 to Disney Cruise Line, in which case Disney Cruise Line liability will be limited to the true value declared not to exceed $5,000. All settlements will be made based on actual cash value (replacement cost, less depreciation) up to the U.S. $300/$5,000 limits to Disney Cruise Line liability. Losses due to ordinary wear and tear, perils of the sea and acts of God are not reimbursable. Disney Cruise Line provides an in-room safe for your convenience; however, Disney Cruise Line shall in no event be liable for the loss of or damage to cash, negotiable securities, gold, silverware, jewelry, ornaments, works of art, photographic/video/audio equipment or supplies, laptop computers, cellular phones or other valuables unless the same have been deposited with the Master or other designated representative who issued a written receipt therefor. In the event of such deposit, Disney Cruise Line liability for loss or damage thereof shall be limited as otherwise provided in this paragraph. Additional coverage may be purchased through the Vacation Protection Plan which is provided through World Access Service Corporation.
Walt Disney World Resort Check-In; Ship Embarkation: Check-in time for Walt Disney World® Resort hotels is normally after 4:00 p.m. For Guests arriving early, luggage arrangements can be made so Guests can visit Theme Parks or enjoy Resort amenities. It is recommended that necessary items including: proof of citizenship, valuables, medications (in their original containers) and any other personal items or other items required for check-in or embarkation be packed in your day bag. Walt Disney World Resort check-out time is normally before 11:00 a.m. Ship's embarkation begins at 1:00 p.m. Guests are required to be on board the ship at least one hour before scheduled sailing time.
Included in Vacation Fare: Cruise vacation fares include shipboard accommodations on a per-Guest basis, and all meals and entertainment as provided on board the vessel. For 7-Night Land and Sea Vacation Packages, the fare also includes Resort accommodations, unlimited admission to all Walt Disney World Theme Parks and attractions, except where separately priced, and unlimited use of the Walt Disney World transportation system for the length of the Resort stay. For parties reserving a Category 1 or 2 suite for more than 5 Guests, an additional Walt Disney World Resort hotel room will be required at additional cost.
Excluded from Vacation Fare: The Resort portion of the fare does not include meals, beverages, or any other item of a personal nature. The cruise portion of the fare does not include shore excursions (including excursions to St. John), sightseeing or meals ashore in the ports of call, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, laundry or valet services, or any other items not specifically included. The fare also does not include airfare, ground or baggage transfers or Government Taxes and Fees, which consist of all taxes and fees imposed by U.S. and foreign governmental and quasi-governmental authorities, including without limitation U.S. Customs and Immigration fees, ship passengers international departure tax, airport passenger facility charge, flight segment fees, international arrival and departure taxes, and sales, use and excise taxes.
Cruise Health Considerations: By boarding the Disney Magic® or Disney Wonder® Guests represent themselves as physically and otherwise fit to travel. If you have a medical condition which requires you to take prescription medication or may require you to obtain medical care during the course of your cruise vacation, please consult with your personal physician prior to traveling. For your convenience, a physician and nurse are on call 24 hours a day to provide basic medical services. The physician and nurse are not employees or representatives of Disney Cruise Line and will charge their prevailing fees for services provided at your request. Decisions regarding medical care and treatment are personal and confidential and as such are strictly between the Guest and physician and nurse. Disney Cruise Line is not liable for any death, personal injury, illness or emotional distress caused by reason of any treatment, diagnosis, advice, examination, prescription or other service provided by such medical personnel or by the failure of such medical personnel to provide any treatment, diagnosis, advice, examination, prescription or other service. The ship's Master has the right at any time to require any Guest to disembark for medical reasons, and compliance is mandatory. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of the Vacation Protection Plan. Insurance is not in effect until final vacation payment is made. Payment must be made at least 60 days prior to vacation commencement date.
Holiday Shopping: Retail establishments in destination ports may be closed for certain holidays.
Right to Change Itinerary/Detention: Disney Cruise Line may in its sole discretion and without prior notice change, substitute, postpone, cancel or deviate from any scheduled sailing, itinerary or call at any port, and may substitute another vessel for the ship, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by a Guest as a result of any such change, substitution, postponement, cancellation or deviation. The Guest shall pay any and all expenses incurred if a Guest is detained on board ship or elsewhere at any stage of a voyage because of quarantine, port regulations, prevailing applicable law, illness or other cause.
Passenger Services Act: The United States Passenger Services Act requires Disney Cruise Line to embark and disembark its Guests at the same U.S. port. Therefore, we regret that we are unable to allow Guests to board in our first Western Caribbean port of call, Key West.

Pets: No animals are allowed on board the ships except for service animals.
Refusal of Passage: Disney Cruise Line may refuse to transport or may disembark at any port any Guest who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, ill health or whose presence in the opinion of the Master may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other Guests or the crew, or who, in the Master's opinion, might be excluded from landing at destination by Immigration or other governmental authorities. In such cases the Guest shall not be entitled to any refund of fare or compensation whatsoever. Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date will be refused passage due to safety concerns. Neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be accepted. In addition, Disney Cruise Line cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage. Infants under 12 weeks old will not be allowed to travel aboard Disney Cruise Line ships.
Stateroom Occupancy: Occupancy of stateroom on board the ships is limited to the number of berths in that stateroom. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to limit the number of berths and single staterooms sold.
Ships' Registry: Ships' Registry: The Bahamas.
Transfer Information: For Guests who purchase the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program, ground and baggage transfers are included in your vacation package to and from the Walt Disney World® Resort (if 7-Night Land and Sea Vacation has been purchased), Port Canaveral and a Central Florida airport. Guests who make their own air arrangements may purchase ground and baggage transfers from Disney Cruise Vacations, which transfers include transportation between the Walt Disney World Resort (if 7-Night Land and Sea Vacation has been purchased), Port Canaveral and a Central Florida airport. Please note that those Guests who do not purchase the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program or ground transfers from Disney Cruise Vacations are responsible for all ground and baggage transportation to and from the airport, Port Canaveral and their Walt Disney World hotel, if applicable. We recommend that you allow a minimum of four hours at the beginning and end of your cruise for travel time, customs clearances and security checks at Port Canaveral and the airport.
Terms Subject to Change: Disney Cruise Vacations reserves the right to change all prices and other terms and conditions which appear on this website without prior notice. Price changes will not affect bookings with paid deposit or timely final payment, except where the increase results from increases in Government Taxes and Fees.
Single Occupancy Rates: Single occupancy fares are available upon request, subject to availability. Guests booking categories 4 through 12 will be charged 175% of the package price. Guests booking categories 1 through 3 will be charged 200% of the package price.
Smoking/Non-Smoking Policy: For the comfort and enjoyment of our Guests, Disney Magic® and Disney Wonder® have been primarily designated as non-smoking ships. However, we recognize that some of our Guests smoke. Therefore, to provide an onboard atmosphere that also satisfies smokers, we have designated smoking areas in many of our lounges and on all open-air decks and private verandahs. All staterooms are non-smoking. Disney Cruise Line requests that all Guests observe the non-smoking areas and refrain from smoking pipes and/or cigars in any of the public areas. These requests are made to provide a comfortable shipboard living atmosphere for everyone.
Vacation Providers: Magical Cruise Company, Limited (doing business as Disney Cruise Line - Registered Office: 3 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9PE, England), DCL Island Development, Ltd., and Disney Cruise Vacations are each separate entities and are indirect subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company. Disney Cruise Line is the operator of the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder ships. DCL Island Development, Ltd. is the operator and provider of facilities on Disney's Castaway Cay. Disney Cruise Vacations acts as the sales agent for Disney Cruise Line in booking or confirming arrangements for passage on the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. All arrangements made for or by Guests for: (a) air or ground transportation or travel; (b) shore excursions; (c) tours; (d) restaurants; or (e) other similar activities or services, are made solely for Guests' convenience and are at Guests' risk. The providers of such activities and services are independent contractors and are not acting as agents or representatives of Disney Cruise Vacations or Disney Cruise Line. Neither Disney Cruise Vacations nor Disney Cruise Line shall be liable or responsible in any way for any death, personal injury, illness or emotional distress occasioned by any Guest, or for loss of or damage to any Guest's property, which arises by reason of any act or omission by providers of air or ground transportation, shore excursions, tours, restaurants, hotels, theme parks or other similar services or activities. In booking or confirming arrangements for theme parks, entertainment and other services at the Walt Disney World Resort, as well as hotels, Disney Cruise Vacations acts as a purchaser/reseller of such accommodations, services and activities. Disney Cruise Vacations shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any act or omission arising from or in connection with such accommodations, services or activities. The liability of the provider of such accommodations, services and activities may be governed by and determined in accordance with limitations contained in applicable tariffs, laws, conventions or contracts governing a Guest's relationship with such provider. All concessionaires and their employees operating on the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder, including without limitation the fitness center, spa, hair salon, laundry, internet cafe and photo shop are independent contractors and Disney Cruise Line is not responsible for any such parties' acts or omissions in providing any goods or services to Guests.
Walt Disney World Resort Room Location: At Walt Disney World Resort hotels, adjacent rooms, connecting rooms, specific room location and types of rooms or bedding are on a request basis only and are subject to availability at the time of check-in. These requests may result in additional charges to be paid directly to the Resort. Rollaways and cribs are available at selected Walt Disney World Resort hotels on a request basis for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Perishables: Coolers are not permitted except if needed for medications, baby food, or items related to dietary constraints. Coolers containing personal items (e.g. soda or snacks) may NOT be brought on board. Homemade, pre-cooked or other perishable items plus any open snack containers will not be allowed to be brought on board. We regret that we are unable to provide food preparation, refrigeration or storage on board for personal food or beverage items.
Guests with Disabilities / Wheelchair-Accessible Staterooms: Disney Cruise Line offers accessible staterooms and suites, equipped for Guests with disabilities. Features include: ramped bathroom thresholds, open bed frames, added phones in the bathroom/nightstand, bathroom and shower handrails, fold-down shower seats, hand-held shower heads, and lowered towel and closet bars. Note: Guests ,requiring a wheelchair throughout their cruise must make provisions for the use of that wheelchair prior to the cruise.
Guests with Disabilities / Additional Services: Transfer tiers are provided at one of our feature pools. Sand wheelchairs are available at Castaway Cay. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are available in the shipboard common areas. Assistive Listening Systems are available in the main theaters. Closed captioning is available for stateroom televisions and selected onboard video monitors. Sign language interpretation is available for live performances on designated cruise dates. Stateroom Communication Kits containing door knock and phone alerts, phone amplifier, bed shaker notification, a strobe light smoke detector, and a Text Typewriter (TTY) are available.
Guests with Disabilities / Accommodations: If you would like to receive additional information or request accommodations for Guests with disabilities, please discuss your needs with the reservationist at the time of booking. 7. Cancellation in individual services and / or hotel’s Policy:
For no reasons or circumstances we will accept cancellations of the passengers made directly to the hotels or suppliers, Majestic International Group, Inc. will not accept claim and will not process any refund. The cancellations request must be made for the sales agent via fax or e-mail with a minimum of 5 days before the date of the beginning of the first service (see each hotel cancellation policy at www.majesticusa.com ). In case it is a weekend or Holiday, they can contact our 24hs. In-call service Ph. Nbr.: 305-577-1717 and a Majestic International Group, Inc.’s agent will take note of the cancellation and will inform charges if any. Majestic International Group, Inc. will not contemplate direct cancellations with the hotels or suppliers. Processing any direct cancellation Imply the acceptance and all responsibility to pay charges that could arise and Majestic International Group, Inc stipulates.


8. Special Rates for underage passengers:
under 3yrs. old, free traveling with 2(two) adults, sharing seat on transportation services and staying on the same room with the adults, they will be responsible for child incidentals and must pay the same directly to services providers, child over 3yrs. up to 9yrs. or 12 yrs. (as were indicated in our tariff book) traveling at least with 2(two) adults and sharing same room, rates to be applied will be specified in our tariff book, Majestic Intl. Group Inc. will be not responsible for incidental charges, etc. In order to apply for this special condition age and full name of the child must be provided on reservation request and identification must be presented were requested. If wrong information where provided majestic Intl. Group Inc. will be not responsible for charges applied directly to adults passengers.

9. Payments:
all confirmed reservations should be paid in full balance 7 (seven) Days prior passenger arrival. If payment where not received before arrival date Majestic Intl. Group Inc. has the right to cancel or not provide the reservation as confirmed.
In case there are services provided by Majestic and not paid by the Operator. Majestic has the right to cancel the existing debt by applying to it the payment send by the operator for other services reserved but not provided yet.

All Money Transfer Remittance must include a $35, - in concept of handling fee.

In case of Credit Card payment, the following procedure should be fulfilled:

American Express 4%, Visa & Master Card 3%. Remittance must include a $35, - in concept of handling fee.
Picture ID copy of the cardholder.Once this information where received, we will proceed to charge the Credit Card and submit the corresponding voucher to be signed by the cardholder and returned to us.

Terms & Conditions for credit cards charges:

1.
In case the guest didn't recognize charge when he/she receives statement, the agent company who send us the reservation is responsible for those charges.

2. In case We already charge the guest credit card and ask for a cancellation or reduced in service, We are going to credit his/her credit card minus 10 % of amount to refund.

3. In case the guest declined payment when he/she receives credit card statement, they would have to pay cash that amount plus 10 % for administrative charges.

10. Reservations:
all requests must be submitted in writing indicating names, numbers of party size, ages, city, dates, type of accommodation, services requested, and all other additional information related to the request. NO VERBAL REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED. Together with your original request you should provide alternatives and/or the word "OR SIMILAR" In order to process the request, no canceling a confirmed reservation at similar alternative as requested will result in the reservation charged in full or incur a "no show" charge. Once reservation received has been confirmed a due date will be attached on the confirmation information (7 days before arrival date, in general). You will be notified in case of Hotel and/or Service is Pre-paid, in those cases written notification will attached, the non reception of the correspondent payment will result in the automatic cancellation on due date and charges will be informed.

11. Vouchers:
All vouchers must specify service provider phone number as informed in corresponding confirmation. If you advise us that clients are traveling without vouchers we will advise the supplier. In emergencies, Majestic International Group Inc. may issue replacement vouchers but cannot be responsible for inconveniences or charges incurred by lack of vouchers. Majestic International group Inc. will not be responsible for any vouchers issued without confirmation from Majestic International group Inc. All vouchers must be issued for services exactly as confirmed by Majestic International Group Inc., passengers with vouchers issued incorrectly or issued for services not confirmed by Majestic International Group Inc. may be charged directly by service supplier. A service fee of $50,- per room per hotel or per person per service will be added for unauthorized vouchers plus any fee charged by the supplier. Majestic International Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse to honor vouchers for services not booked through Majestic International Group Inc.

12. Amendments:
once reservation has been confirmed 1st. change will be $10 and $5 each additional change. Once passenger is In-house $50 will be applied to each change requested. If passenger does not take any confirmed hotel/service or leave before hotel/service is fulfill provided, from the reimbursement amount (if any) a charge of $50 will be deducted in concept of administrative fees.

13. USA, CANADA & MEXICO Tours:
due to communication costs, a $40 charge will be applied for changes and/or cancellations, this charge will be per person per change and/ or cancellation within 5 to 21 days prior Tour starts. Changes will be accepted to add pre and post Tour but will be limited regarding change dates, type of room etc. Changes requested within 5 days prior Tour starts and/or No show will be charged in $300 per person plus providers charges. Any Tour on which Majestic International Group, Inc. issue an air ticket, the same must be cancelled at least 61 days prior departure date in order to avoid penalties, Air round trip tickets must be cancelled 31 days prior departure date. Child policy: sharing room with at least 2 adults will be charged accordingly rates published. The age must be informed in order to process the reservation request. Most of the hotel during the tour does not provide an individual bed for each child sharing room with 2 adults.

14. Groups:
General Conditions for Groups (Subject to change)

Information that must be included: Quantity of passengers, specifying any junior, (10 to 16) or less than 9 years old children, arrival/departure flights, hotel’s in and out dates, services included (transfers, excursions, cruise, tickets, etc), itinerary and any other information that can help us with the quotation. If the necessary information is not provided, Majestic Groups Department won’t be able to process your quote or will only inform you an estimated price.

The group’s quotation is NOT based on individual prices (F.I.T.): Individual rates will not be confirmed for groups, depending hotel and season, groups tariff may applied (higher tariff may apply).

Group reservation (Deposit and Prepaid): A Good Faith Deposit of $ 200 is required within 24hrs from the quote for 10 and more rooms in order to secure rate and availability. This is a not reimbursable fee and will be apply to the group payment. Cut off date and payment policy depends on each different hotel agreement. All group reservation must be 100% cancelled at the moment of arrival.

Check In – Out: Check in time is between 15 and 16 hours. Check out is at 11 hours. For early arrival, before 15 – 16 hours, is necessary to pay the night before.

Hotel and Airport Tips (MANDATORY): 3 Star rate hotels charge between $4 - $6 and $7- $12 for 4 or 5 stars rate per passenger per bell boy. In some hotel this charge is optional, and in some other by sindical agreement Mandatory, Airport and buses tip is not included. Usually $2.00 per bag; $2.00 net per PAX for T-In + $ 2.00 net for T-Out.

Transfers: We offer vans up to 14 passengers or buses for 24, 49 or 59 passengers. Mandatory assistance is included on each quote either in Port or Airport for Transfer in.

Breakfast: If not mentioned, is not included.
Continental breakfast in a 3 star rate hotel is between $ 7 and 10, and $ 12 – 15 for buffet.
Continental breakfast in a 4 star rate hotel is between $ 11 and 16, and $ 16 – 25 for buffet.
These are estimated.

Meeting Space: Date, equipment required and schedules are needed. We won’t be able to confirm tariffs and lounge if the information is not complete.

Groups with Tour Conductor:
Complimentary Accommodation: According to hotel politics regarding groups and season of arrival. Usually the hotel grants a free room every 20 or 25 paid rooms. Disney doesn’t grant complementary rooms. Complimentary attraction ticket: Disney usually grants complementary tickets for guides of 20 persons or more groups or a 50% discount. An agency credential is necessary to request this discount and must be valid when the agent picks up the ticket; Universal and Adventure Island, Sea World and Bush Gardens complementary tickets for guides are granted, for a 20 person group or more upon request with a valid agency credential.

15. Complaints:
For the recognition of all the claims that can be formulated by any cause, the traveler as the coordinator and local Wholesale Operator, will be set under jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida (USA), with express resignation of any other law. The claims that are received later than 30 days after the services were provided will not be admitted like such, due to the incurred delay. At the moment of displaying a complaint, the client will have to provide the greater amount of possible information as well as the respective proves on which the case is based, otherwise it will not be possible to be processed. The Customer Service Department will keep the right by contract to give an answer of any case within 30 days. Once the answer is given, the client will have to give us the approval receipt and the case will be closed.

16. Itinerary Amendments:
Majestic International Group Inc. reserves the right to alter and/or modify under any reason and without pervious notice, any confirmed service and/or schedule and/or itinerary on the present tariff book, news brochures, single post issue, or any other written communication, without any responsibility of total or partial cancellation arise from mentioned alteration. We will be responsible of any reimbursement for a non-provided service accordingly specifications and policies of each program.

17. FORCE MAJEURE:
Majestic International Group, Inc., is not responsible for the failure of non provided service and / or hotel reservation if mentioned failure is caused by a contingency beyond the control of our part, including: Divine Acts, Climatic Adversities, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Floods, Fires, Explosions, War, Acts of Terrorism, Strikes or any another act not directly related to our mediation. In case the passenger had reservations in the affected destination and must change destination or city or hotel, it will be by request and account of the same or by their sales agent any expenses incurred by the new reservation, Majestic International Group, Inc. will not be responsible for any payment. By general contracting policy and in the case there will be a refund, the same one will be processed after 30 days of required documentation was received and within a maximum of 90 days for reply. In the case of Hurricanes the refunds will be processed 30 days after the disaster and once the whole documentation needed is received and with a maximum of 90 days for reply. Majestic International Group, Inc. will only refund the not used portions, in case apply or in the case we where reimbursed on hotel / supplier behalf, will not be responsible of refund for any incidental charge or extras or additional charges that the passenger has made out. Majestic International Group, Inc., will not become a person in charge if mandatory evacuation is placed on the affected area by the Hurricane, this runs for the passenger’s sole account and the hotel or the responsible authority will suggest the alternative housing / shelter. Majestic International Group, Inc., under these circumstances will not offer reservation at any alternative hotel due to the fact that the same ones could be of risk in case change the conditions of the hurricane track. And these can be forced to closed or affected.

18. Validity:
Rates featured in our online system, are in force as per hotel and/or service posted at each item’s validity.

19. Important:
passenger is absolutely responsible for the documentation (passport, visa, travel authorizations, etc) to be presented. Majestic International Group Inc. will not be responsible for any damaged caused, luggage is not object of transportation contract as well as personal effects. Flight reconfirmation is not responsibility of Majestic International Group Inc.; it is responsibility of issuer travel agent. In case of passenger request flight reconfirmation, we are at entire disposition to help; with the knowledge of it is not our responsibility any consequence that our intervention may cause. In case of minimum requested on a programmed tour where not reached or because or a justified cause where informed by the provider and the tour programmed where cancelled, the passenger will receive a full reimbursement or partial reimbursement in those cases where the tour had being initiated with resigned notification about any other kind of reimbursement. The tour operator and the services provider reserves the right to ask to the passenger to leave the tour in case of disturbing behavior to one or the whole group, being only refundable the non utilized services less cancellation charges.

20. Responsibility:
As a tour organizer of the products included in the present book and in representation of our associates or representatives, our "CLIENTS" on one side and, people or companies dedicated to provide published services (transportation companies, hotels, attractions, car rental, etc.) on the other side, we will be responsible for the fulfillment of mentioned services in our tariff book, and we decline any responsibility about: delays, strike, earthquake, quarantine, hurricanes and any other unexpected cause, as well as lost, damages, accidents, injured or any irregular situation that may occur to the passengers, belongings when were motivated by 3rd parts beyond Organizer's control and it's providers associated. We also are not responsible for air routes changes or delay that may affect the rest of their trip.

21. Commissions:
we will not recognise or redeem any commission for sales effected on site at our offices, unless reservation request where received in advance.

22. General conditions acceptance:
Once reservation is requested on any of our service published into our tariff book, web-site, special offers, special promotions and/or single brochures, it is fully established that either passenger as well as travel agent are accepting all and each one of the conditions displayed by Majestic International Group Inc., in the present tariff book.

23. MORS Majestic Online Reservation System:
User name and password are required, all reservations are pre-paid five (5) days prior arrival, no exceptions, Majestic International Group Inc. reserves the right to hold or cancel the reservation for the non fulfillment of above mentioned pre-payment condition. MORS can confirm up-to five (5) rooms, same dates, and same hotel; over this quantity you should contact your reservations agent. Changes are allowed five (5) days prior passenger arrival, within this period the same must be requested to your reservations agent directly. Name changes are not permitted; you should contact your reservations agent directly. Cancellations are temporary not allowed through the system; the same must be requested to your reservation agent directly until further notice.
